These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Proofreader AI application and related services provided by BlueSoar SL ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using Proofreader AI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the application.

2. General Terms
BlueSoar SL makes this document available to users to inform them of the conditions of use of Proofreader AI and to comply with applicable legal obligations. We reserve the right to modify any information related to the application by publishing updates in the app or on this page.
3. Prices and Subscription
Prices shown in the application are final prices in local currency and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed by the relevant app store platform (Apple App Store or Google Play).
Proofreader AI may offer paid services ("Pro subscription") with pricing models and durations that vary by country and currency. Subscription terms are shown before purchase and become effective when the user confirms the purchase action.
Pro subscriptions grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the application and its premium features for private purposes during the subscription period.
4. Responsibility and Availability
We are not responsible for third-party content that may be accessible through external links. We may remove or block content that violates applicable law or third-party rights when notified.
The application has been tested to work correctly in normal conditions. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation at all times, including in cases of force majeure.
We are not responsible for how users apply corrected or translated text. Users remain responsible for reviewing generated content before use.
5. Intellectual and Industrial Property
The application, including software, design, text, graphics, and branding, is owned by BlueSoar SL or used with proper authorization. Any reproduction, distribution, commercialization, or modification without prior written consent is prohibited.
Third-party names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Minors
Minors must obtain prior consent from parents or legal guardians before using the application. Guardians are responsible for supervising minors' activity and access to content.
7. Proper Use of the Application
Users agree to use Proofreader AI in accordance with the law, these Terms, and good faith. In particular, users must not use the application for unlawful purposes, to infringe third-party rights, or to distribute harmful, deceptive, or illegal content.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute related to these Terms or the application will be submitted to the courts of Ayamonte (Spain), unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Proofreader AI, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions in full.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
